Notice of New Operational Hours – 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 am.
The Social Security Board of the Virgin Islands is advising the public of its new operational hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The new hours are implemented as a result of the most recent Government mandated curfew.
Customers are encouraged to utilize the drop-boxes, located outside the main office on Tortola, and the Virgin Gorda office, for the submission of applications (Check Payments or Credit Card Authorization forms). For queries or concerns, customers are asked to contact unit representatives via the following telephone numbers and/or email addresses:

The Social Security Board has also introduced a Customer Service Kiosk located outside the main office, for pick–ups only. Customers will be contacted once documents are ready to be collected.
